Pricing

What’s this going
to cost me?

We think you should be able to answer that question before giving up 45 minutes of your day to a sales meeting.

Foundry is built on a simple rule: be open, honest and clear about the price. If your company needs something outside the normal scope, we will tell you before work starts.
Straightforward pricing

Two numbers matter most.

There is an implementation cost to get Foundry set up around your company, and a monthly software cost to keep using it. We show both.

Monthly software

Keep running it.

From $349 / month

The monthly subscription covers continued access to the Foundry platform and the core services needed to keep it running.

  • Foundry software access
  • Hosting and system maintenance
  • Core product updates
  • Standard support
  • Ongoing use of your configured system
More complicated company?

Implementations involving substantial data migration, unusual integrations, or true custom development will cost more. We will define that scope and price with you before the work begins.

Most standard implementations will fall in the $3,500–$5,000 range. More complex implementations may fall in the $5,000–$10,000+ range depending on setup, migration, integrations, and custom development.

Prefer to split the implementation cost?

For a typical $3,500 implementation, Foundry can structure payment as $1,750 at kickoff and $1,750 at go-live. The goal is to reduce the upfront hurdle without hiding or discounting the real implementation cost.

No games

You should know whether Foundry is in your price range before we talk.

We do not want to hide the price behind “Contact Sales” and make you sit through a 45-minute presentation just to find out whether the software is remotely affordable.

If Foundry looks like a fit and the starting numbers make sense for your company, then a workflow review is worth having. Before any work begins, you receive a defined implementation price. No hidden setup fees and no surprise bill after launch.

What you pay for

Not just a login.

Foundry includes the software, but the initial value also comes from understanding how your company runs and setting the system up so your people can actually use it.

That is why implementation and monthly software are priced separately.

Defined before work starts

Scope first. Price second. No surprises.

The consultation is used to define what your company actually needs. Before implementation begins, Foundry provides a clear scope and implementation price based on that work.

If integrations, substantial migration, or custom development are required, those items are identified and priced before they are added to the project.

If the numbers make sense

Then let’s talk about the operation.

The next step is an in-person or remote workflow consultation to understand what your company actually needs and give you a clear implementation scope.
